This cozy, sunshine filled log cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sits on a hilltop on two acres with views of Shadow Mountain Lake. It sleeps six comfortably. It is less than two miles from Grand Lake and only five minutes to the main snowmobile/ATV trails.
The cabin is very comfortable with a wood burning fireplace, satellite WiFi, washer/dryer, propane grill, outdoor fire pit, sheets, towels, and board games. Be be ready to explore and take advantage of the amazing outdoor activities in the area.
Enjoy the covered deck on the back of the home and the sunshine on the front deck. In addition to Queen beds in the two bedrooms, half of the loft has a Queen bedroom area and the other half is a family room. In the living room on the main floor, there is a love seat, chairs, and a wood burning fireplace. There is a full bath with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub as well as a half bath with a sink and toilet. The dining room easily sits six. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, crock pot, spices, and much more.

$155 per night, 2 night minimum stay
Holidays and the 5 days before and after a holiday are $200 per night, 2 night minimum stay. The 11 holidays are New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

A deposit of 50% is due when booking the cabin and the remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to the first day of your stay.
Payment can be made by Venmo or PayPal.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time or after and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
You will receive the code to the lock-box near the front door on or before the day you are scheduled to check-in.
No smoking in the house and on the property.
One pet (a dog) is okay, but no other pets are allowed.
