We rent the main floor of the house. The basement and garage are reserved for the owner’s use.
This property will become available for rent sometime in 2026, because we are remodeling it now.

Standard Weekdays (Sunday – Tuesday): $155 per night, 2 night minimum
Standard Weekends (Thursday – Saturday): $200 per night, 2 night minimum

Holidays and the 5 days before and after a holiday are $200 per night, 2 night minimum stay. The holidays are New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
PLUS a $200 cleaning fee

A deposit of 50% is due when booking the cabin and the remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to the first day of your stay.
Payment can be made by Venmo or PayPal.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Central Time or after and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
You will receive the code to the front door on or before the day you are scheduled to check-in.
No smoking in the house and on the property.
No fires are allowed on the property.
One pet (a dog) is okay, but no other pets are allowed.
